Leadership Overview
Kelvin Ngugi
is the Provider at Lilybrook AFH LLC. He is a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) currently advancing toward his Registered Nurse (RN) qualification, with anticipated completion in 2026. With over seven years of caregiving experience, he brings medical administrative expertise, extensive clinical and hands-on knowledge to the care of residents.
Kelvin has broad experience in supporting individuals with developmental disabilities, dementia, wound care needs, colostomies, diabetes, and mental health conditions. His clinical background allows him to deliver safe, compassionate, and individualized care tailored to each resident’s unique needs at Lilybrook AFH. In addition to his clinical expertise, Kelvin holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Procurement and Supply Chain Management from Jomo Kenyatta University of Agriculture and Technology and is a graduate of the Licensed Practical Nurse program at Cloverpark Technical College in Lakewood, Washington. As the Provider, he oversees the daily operations and coordination of the Adult Family Home, ensuring smooth day-to-day functioning, effective care delivery, and proper monthly staffing schedules to maintain high standards of care and compliance.
Pauline Njoroge
serves as the Resident Manager for Lilybrook AFH LLC. She is a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) with extensive experience as a caregiver and over seven years of healthcare experience, and she is advancing in her nursing career. Pauline has vast knowledge in caring for geriatric residents and individuals with developmental disabilities.
She has specialized training in mental health, diabetes management, and dementia care.In her role, she oversees the daily operations and coordination of the adult family home, including all matters related to resident care and management.
She also ensures monthly staffing schedules are completed and assists with training and orienting new hires, along with other managerial responsibilities.
